Marketing Services Agreement
(Ref:2309-01-MSA)
This agreement is between Thoughts Equal Results Pte Ltd, the party who is providing the service (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the party receiving the services (hereinafter referred to as the “CLIENT”).
The Client and The Company agree as follows:
1.Month 1 - Onboarding and Strategy Development
1.1. Business Overview: The Company will review the Client's services, products, and existing marketing materials.
1.2. Target Audience Analysis: The Company will research and analyze the Client's target audience demographics and preferences.
1.3. Customer Avatar: The Company will develop a profile for the ideal customer based on the analysis.
1.4. Content Creation: The Company will create:
(i) Three (3) written posts with relevant images, and
(ii) One (1) video script for a video up to 60 seconds in length.
1.5. Content Scheduling: Content will be scheduled over one (1) week
(i) The three (3) written posts will be posted across the following platforms, resulting in a total of six (6) postings:
- Once on a Facebook business page
- Once on an Instagram account
(ii) One (1) video will be posted once on each of the following platforms, resulting in a total of four (4) postings:
- One (1) Facebook business page
- One (1) Instagram account
- One (1) YouTube account
- One (1) TikTok account
(iii) The total number of postings scheduled for Month 1 is ten (10)
1.6. Timeline: The initial three (3) weeks of the month are allocated for activities outlined in sections 1.1 to 1.4. Consequently, the execution of section 1.5 will be contingent on the Client's timely feedback and information provision.
2.Month 2 – Website Development and Customer Journey 2.1. Website Development: The Company will facilitate the design process by selecting a suitable template from the Systeme.io platform's range. If the provided templates do not meet the Client's requirements, we can offer custom design services for an additional fee.
2.2. Audience Research: The Company will conduct further research to understand the target audience's behavior patterns.
2.3. Customer Experience Design & Automation: The Company will suggest a strategic customer journey map, identify key interaction points and leverage Systeme.io's automation capabilities to enhance and personalize the customer journey.
2.4. Enhanced Journey Mapping for WhatsApp: Should the Client utilize MiniChatPro, a WhatsApp marketing and CRM tool, the journey mapping service will expand to include WhatsApp marketing strategies.
2.5. Website Management Training: The Company will provide training to the Client on managing the new website. Additionally, prerecorded training videos will be supplied to the Client to facilitate the onboarding of future staff members.
3.Month 3 and onwards
3.1. Content Creation Continuation: The Company will provide:
(i) Nine (9) written posts with related images, and
(ii) Three (3) video scripts for videos up to 60 seconds in length
3.2. Content Scheduling: Content will be scheduled over three (3) weeks
(i) The nine (9) written posts will be posted to the same social media channels as outlined in 1.5. resulting in a total of eighteen (18) postings (9 posts x 2 platforms.)
(ii) Three (3) videos will be posted once on each of the platforms as outlined in 1.5, resulting in a total of twelve (12) postings (3 videos x 4 platforms).
(iii) The total number of postings scheduled for each month is thirty (30)
3.3 Timeline: The first week of the month is dedicated to content preparation, review, and approval by the Client, Consequently, the execution of 3.2 will be contingent on the Client's timely feedback and information provision.
4. Fees
4.1. For the first three (3) months, the monthly fee is SGD2,500.00 (USD$1,865).
4.2. Beginning with the fourth month, the monthly fee is SGD2,000.00 (USD $1,495).
4.3. The minimum commitment is one month.
4.4. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis.
4.5. Services commence upon receipt of the month's upfront payment.
5. Termination
5.1. Either party may terminate this agreement with a 7-day written notice via email.
5.2. The Company will not refund any payment that has been made.
6. Client’s Involvement and responsibilities.
6.1. The Client will sign up for Meta Business Suite (click here)
6.2. The Client will sign up for Metricool, a scheduling tool - free plan (click here)
6.3. The Client will sign up for Systeme.io (click here).
6.4. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that their Systeme.io account is active to enable seamless integration and use of the templates and features for website development.
6.5. The Client will grant the Company access to necessary platforms for content posting.
6.6. The Client is responsible for providing prompt feedback and additional materials as needed for content creation.
6.7. The Client shall appoint a designated staff member to be the primary point of contact for the Company. This designated staff member will be involved in the content creation process, providing necessary information, approvals, and feedback to ensure the content aligns with the Client's brand and marketing objectives.
7. Additional Services
7.1. The use of AI tools in the content creation process is optional. The client may choose to subscribe to these tools at their discretion.
8. This Agreement is deemed executed and effective as of the date the Client inputs their authorized name and contact details into the designated fields below and submits the digital form.
