I hear this from my coaching clients. I can understand their frustration.

I was there too.
The frustration of doing the right things and not seeing the results yet.
Of staying when it would be easier to leave.
Of showing up consistently when nobody seems to notice.

Here is what I know after walking through the valley myself:
The few who seem like overnight successes almost always have a long, quiet, unglamorous middle that nobody saw.
They stayed. They showed up. They kept going when the situation was unclear and the outcome was not guaranteed.
And at some point, without announcement, things shifted.
Not because they got lucky.
Because they had been faithful to the right things for long enough.
