On 20 Oct 2025, British TV Channel 4 made headlines by airing its first news show with an AI presenter. It’s true - Britain tuned in to watch Aisha Gaban, a digital anchor, at the center of the broadcast. And the big question on everyone’s mind: Will AI take my job?
Honestly, this isn’t just a catchy question anymore. It’s not as simple as saying, “Only people who know AI will be safe.” Now, it’s a real concern—especially with even creative and highly skilled roles starting to feel the impact.
What’s starting to worry people?
- > Job insecurity: Technology is moving faster than ever. If AI can read the news almost as well as a human, it’s natural to wonder whether any job is really secure.
- > Speed and cost savings: Today, companies are quick to choose automation, often placing efficiency above experience and human touch.
-> Creativity: What once felt exclusively human is being challenged, as AI photographers and musicians compete alongside real people.
So, what now? Is it time to hide in a cave?

Let’s get back to mindset basics!
The world is shifting quickly, and my mentor Bob Proctor’s words have never felt more important: “Thoughts become things.”
The real danger isn’t in AI. It’s in the way we let fear shape our thinking—because what we focus on truly expands.
Here’s what I remind myself (and my clients) every day:
✓ We can’t always control change, but we always control how we respond.
✓ A growth mindset means adapting, learning, and seeing change as a push to sharpen our most human skills—connection, vision, empathy.
✓ Creativity with intention: Machines can “do,” but only we can dream. When we blend our creativity with AI, we have the power to create real magic.
✓ Self-image is everything. If you see yourself as irreplaceable, you’ll act like it and attract fresh opportunities.
FACT: AI will keep making headlines.
What really matters is how we handle these changes. Are you letting the headlines write your story, or are you using them as fuel for growth?
Maybe the real question isn’t, “Will AI take my job?” but, “Who can I become as the world changes?” That’s a mindset worth sharing. Want to explore mindset expansion? Let's chat
