Let's cut corners!

A client once said something to me during a coaching session:

I didn't have a quick answer.

Because honestly, the frustration is valid.

We've all seen it. The person who cuts corners and gets the promotion. The business that bends the rules and scales fast. The deal that closes because someone said yes to something they shouldn't have.

In a world that moves this fast, where the pressure to keep up is relentless and comparison is just one scroll away, that frustration doesn't go away on its own.

But here's what I keep coming back to:

This isn't about being naive. It's about playing a longer game and being clear about what you're actually building, and for whom.
