Siri + Google + AI = New brain

Siri is getting a brain transplant… and the new brain is powered by Google’s Gemini 🤯

Apple just signed a big deal with Google so Siri can use Google’s AI. In simple terms: Google’s “smart brain” will now help answer many of the questions you ask Siri on your iPhone.

This also means OpenAI’s ChatGPT may take a back seat on Apple devices, only coming in for special or more complicated questions instead of being the main helper.

And Elon Musk is calling this an “unreasonable concentration of power” for Google, since they also control Android and Chrome 😱
