Ever have one of those days where everything feels urgent… but none of it matters to you? Maybe you feel like you’re about to snap, your patience hanging by a very thin thread...

Harvard neuroscientist Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor shared a powerful reminder, "Your life is worth 30 seconds." That means, whenever you feel overwhelmed, or about to react impulsively, take a physical pause.

Give yourself those 30s to BREATHE, Reset, and Check-in with yourself.

A simple practice that could save/change/improve your life. Slowing down lets you switch out of autopilot & actually choose how you want to show up. Those 30 seconds are a reminder: “I matter. My feelings matter. My choices matter.”

So next time you feel that temper flaring, give yourself that half-minute. Just to feel safe, stay present, and make a conscious choice. You’re worth it.
